Tenacity Female leaders face challenges that their male counterparts will never face. Most female leaders are family oriented and family related events are often deemed damaging to the momentum of the workplace. Female leaders need to demonstrate confidence and determination every day when it comes to their jobs. Just because they face additional responsibilities at home does not mean that they are not great business women.
Development Female leaders are at the forefront of creating women-empowered workplaces. While workplaces are being revamped with new policies and gender-equal roles, women are stepping up to develop new work cultures and helping to improve the talent in each office space.
